The hotel staff’s service is outstanding! the front office manager went above and beyond to make sure I was able to smoothly check-in. Sam, the hotel manager, helped me navigate local transportation with ease. My huge room had a very comfortable bed and a great bathroom, with an amazing view of the surrounding area. the breakfast was excellent, with traditional local dishes. the hotel also offered clean facilities.
Some of the staff could improve their English language skills to facilitate communication with foreign guests better.

The hotel is located near the river, which provides a great view. the breakfast offered a taste of the local cuisine, which was a unique experience. The staff at the breakfast buffet were polite and courteous.
The hotel staff struggled to understand and communicate in English, which made it difficult to ask for directions and order food. The lack of English-speaking staff also made it hard to pay for services.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff, particularly the FOM, spoke excellent English and were always polite. The breakfast was impressive, as it had a local dish that I found to be quite authentic. I also appreciated the cook's concern for my satisfaction with the food. The room was amazing. It was large, had a comfortable bed, and a beautiful view of the river. The hotel's location was great, and it was easy to get transportation from there.
There was nothing I didn't like.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel and I must say, it was quite a luxurious experience. The hotel staff here are absolutely wonderful, especially the manager, Sam. He went out of his way to assist me, even making sure I could find a taxi at the train station. The service here is top-notch and the staff can speak English fluently, which made communication a breeze.
